I was finally able to get in to have my 2020 Silverado serviced in Negaunee( where I purchased it, new), but came away disappointed. The service team was attentive, your waiting area is nice, but $192 for just an oil change is unacceptable and, I feel, excessive. With so many other choices, I won't be back.

They did not know all items were there. Found them before I left and put them on. Otherwise it was all completed.
